Welcome to Concert
Central, better known as Miss Lana's
Calendar. Each month has its own page, and I have added some music
series as well as weekly and nightly events. For your convenience, I have included links to
Venue Central, Artists Central and Festival Central and Special Events on
all pages of the calendar, as well as ticket outlet links.
This calendar includes concert listings for the DFW metromess, Denton, Wichita Falls, Stephenville and surrounding areas of North Texas. Due to time constraints, I am no longer listing concerts for Central Texas, Greater Houston, South Texas and West Texas. I have provided links on the calendar pages to a great calendar for Greater Houston maintained by Steve Smith, an avid music fan and promoter and good friend from the Houston area. Unfortunately, I have no source for a good Central Texas calendar right now.

I even try to include special Texas related events such as historical,
cultural and the arts going on around the state for your convenience.

Most of the venues listed in Venue Central are
venues that feature Texas and Americana music.
More often than not, you can find the venue listed here if there is a
concert listed on the calendar. I have venue listings all over the
state of Texas for your convenience. The listing includes the
address, phone number and a link to their web site, if they have one.
Sometimes it also includes helpful directions, hours of business and
other helpful tips. If you have a venue you'd like to list, please
leave me the info by using the guestbook at the bottom of the home page.
